THE BIRTHDAY BASH - CEDH 10K - DAY 2

To celebrate the one year anniversary of the Stack Never Lies and Mage's Sanctum tournament partnership, we're hosting a cash 10k tournament! Event Information: Entry will be $112 until Oct 1st Entry after Oct 1st will be $122 MUST BE PAID ONLINE NO IN PERSON PAYMENT Will be posting full scheduled soon! 📅 DAY 1 📅 Event will be held on October 10 at Nexus in Waco Round 1 starts at 9:00am 📅 DAY 2 📅 People with 7 points will return for Day 2 (Oct 11) at Nexus in Waco Round starts at 9:00am Will be holding a scrubby event starting at 9 AM 🏆 Prizing 🏆 10k at 128 players, prizing will be as follows: 1st: $2800 2nd: $1200 3rd: $1200 4th: $1200 5th-16: $300 Additional prizing will be added to the pool after 128 players. 📋 Rules 📋 TLDR: This event will be run as a standard 5 Point Win 0 Point Loss 1 Point Draw 5 Point Bye, 80 minute timed event. UNLIMITED Proxy rules will apply. Decklists are due at 8:55am before round 1 start. Unlimited proxies are allowed, they must be in color and utilize recognizable art. All proxies must are the same size and thickness as standard Magic cards. Paper slip and handwritten proxies are not allowed. 80 minutes round timed rounds with 10 Minute at time in the round. Top 16 and Top 4 will be timed at 3 hours, and once round time is called that match is over and first seat is declared the winner. The event will be held at competitive rules enforcement level (Comp REL): players are expected to know the game’s rules and be familiar with the policies and procedures. We will be adhering to the Magic: the Gathering Tournament Rules and Magic: the Gathering Infraction Procedure guide supplemented with the Competitive REL MTR/IPG Addendum for Commander events when necessary. Judges will be on site for the event to make sure everything runs smoothly. For the Swiss rounds, When time is called, the active player completes their turn and play continues through the end of the active player’s turn.
